A regular two-particle correlation function is proposed to explain the
intermittency behavior in <p(p)over bar> collision at root s = 630 Ge
V. It is found that the intermittency behaviors in all dimensions in t
he experiments can be reproduced with a regular two-particle correlati
on function. Maybe the existence of intermittency in a serious sense i
n high dimensions is still a puzzle and the factorial moments of order
-two would saturate in the limit of small bin sizes of phase space in
high dimensions at last.
