A new method, called split dimensional regularization, is discussed to
regulate the energy-integrals in non-Abelian theories in the Coulomb
gauge. The technique leads to unambiguous integrals, some of which are
nonlocal, and is tested to one loop by computing the Yang-Mills self-
energy, as well as the quark self-energy Sigma(p), and the quark-quark
-gluon vertex Lambda(mu). It turns out that the Yang-Mills self-energy
is local, but nontransverse, and that ghosts play an important role i
n the BRST identities.
