Abstract
We extend our calculations with the second-order tree-level and tadpol e improved next-nearest-neighbor action to meson-meson systems. Correl ation matrices built from interpolating fields representing two pseudo scalar mesons (pi-pi) with relative momenta (p) over right arrow are d iagonalized, and the mass spectrum is extracted. Link variable fuzzing and operator smearing at both sinks and sources is employed. Calculat ions are presented for two values of the hopping parameter. The spectr um is used to discuss the residual interaction in the meson-meson syst em.
