Abstract
We describe the form factors for (B) over bar(0) --> rho(+)I(-)<(nu)ov er bar>(iota) and B --> Kgamma decays with just two parameters and th e two form factors for (B) over bar(0) --> pi(+)iota(-)<(nu)over bar>( iota) with three parameters. The parametrizations are constrained by l attice results and are consistent with heavy quark symmetry, kinematic constraints and light cone sum rule scaling relations.
