Abstract
An ultrahigh-frequency broadband mixer for frequency synthesizers and panorama receivers with a decreased (down to -36 dB) relative level of combination fourth-order frequency components is described. This decr ease is achieved by using an external bias voltage and stabilizing the average current component in diodes.
