Abstract
Cathodic electrodeposition of PbSe1-xTex films from acidic aqueous sol utions containing Se(IV), Te(IV) in the anionic form and Pb(II) cation s was studied. The composition of the solid solutions electrodeposited at various Se(IV) and Te(IV) concentrations was determined using the lattice cell parameters found by X-ray analysis.
