Abstract
MANUFACTURERS of any type of system-on-a-chip integrated circuits (ICs ), including analog, digital multimedia, or mixed-signal, require test equipment that will support lower costs, smaller product size, and re duced power consumption but with increased performance and reliability . The Fusion(TM) single-platform technology initiative from LTX Corp. (Westwood, MA), working within the company's enVision++ operating syst em, is targeted at meeting these needs by supplying faster and easier test definition during the design and development process.
