Abstract
Twenty-four patients with a number of dermatological diagnoses, primar ily psoriasis and eczema, were studied to assess the effect of transcu taneous nerve stimulation (TENS) on pruritus. There were beneficial ef fects from TENS in dermatology patients suffering from pruritus, and f urther studies are warranted on the effect of TENS in pruritus.
