Abstract
Triton X-100 is a typical representative of so called hard non-ionic d etergents, which are hardly biodegradable in natural environment. The experimental investigations of ozonation of aqueous solutions of the d etergent aimed at determination of rate of detergent destruction in di fferent conditions i.e. acidic and alkaline solutions, below and above critical micelle concentration. The results were presented in the for m of kinetic equations.
