Abstract
External reflection UV-vis spectra of the interfacially adsorbed speci es of protonated tetraphenylporphyrin at toluene/aqueous sulfuric acid intel face were successfully observed with clear negative absorption bands and without overlapping by the spectrum of the organic phase.
