Abstract
From Plantago myosuros, the iridoid glucoside, aucubin was isolated, t ogether with the caffeoyl phenylethanoid glycosides, plantalloside and verbascoside. Plantalloside is a new verbascoside analogue with a bet a-allopyranosyl moiety. The structure was elucidated by NMR spectrosco py. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
