Abstract
Our case report of a mucinous cystadenocarcinoma mistaken for a pancre atic pseudocyst illustrates the diagnostic problems in differentiating non-neoplastic from neoplastic cystic lesions of the pancreas. The di agnostic and therapeutic implications are discussed.
