Abstract
Problems of theoretical training of students of technological institut es in analytical chemistry connected with the shortening of analytical chemistry curricula are discussed on the basis of the results of the All-Russian Student Olympiad. The problems proposed at the Olympiad an d the most common mistakes are analyzed.
