Abstract
Kikuchi's disease or histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis without gra nulocytic infilteration, is a clinico-pathologic entity well described in developed countries. We report a case of this disorder presenting with recurrent cutaneous necrotizing vasculitis, with the dual objecti ve of highlighting this condition in developing countries and presenti ng an uncommon manifestation of this disorder.
