Abstract
We present a browsing tool for content-based image retrieval. Images a re retrieved from the database based on both textual and geometrical a ttributes. The resulting image collection is presented in a user-defin ed multidimensional visual information space, which acts as an interla ce to the underlying image database. (C) 1998 Academic Press Limited.
