Abstract
Insertion of a pOnMTGH1 gene construct into coho salmon altered centro id size significantly (P<O.05). The dorsal caudal peduncle and abdomin al regions were also distinctly enhanced in transgenic fish when compa red to controls. Shape change patterns of both whole body and syncrani um were prominent.
