Abstract
Massive pulmonary air leak from a ruptured bleb in a patient with emph ysema may be uncontrollable by the usual methods. A technique is illus trated where fibrin glue, cyanoacrylate glue, and a bovine pericardial patch are used in combination to seal the leak. (C) 1997 by The Socie ty of Thoracic Surgeons.
