The exponential cutoff is used in London theory to calculate the magne
tic field inside the vortex. In this work, using London theory and new
numerical solutions of the conventional Ginzburg-Landau equations, we
investigate the behavior of exponential cutoff parameter a as a funct
ion of the reduced field b in the whole range of magnetic fields. We f
ind a different behavior of this parameter for low and high magnetic f
ields.
