F. Warmont et al., ELECTRONIC ANISOTROPY OF THE SUPERCONDUCTING (TL-2 3,BI-1/3)SR2CACU2OX COMPOUND MEASURED BY ANGULAR RESOLVED MAGNETORESISTIVITY/, Physical review. B, Condensed matter, 57(13), 1998, pp. 7485-7487
The angular dependence of the resistivity rho(theta) has been measured
in the superconducting transition region in (Tl-2/3,Bi-1/3)Sr2CaCu2Ox
crystals. This resistivity has been successfully scaled using an anis
otropic effective mass model with an anisotropy gamma = (m(c)/m(ab))(1
/2) of 9-12, which is larger than in YBa2Cu3O7, but much smaller than
in Bi-2212 or Tl-2212 compounds. This study was performed for measurem
ents with the current applied along the ab planes or along the c axis.
