Vi. Zarembo et al., THERMODYNAMIC MODELS OF HEAT-TRANSFER AGENTS AND OPTIMIZATION OF STANDARD WATER-CHEMICAL REGIMES FOR THERMAL AND NUCLEAR-POWER-PLANTS, Russian journal of applied chemistry, 70(11), 1997, pp. 1757-1761
A thermodynamic physicochemical model has been developed for describin
g stationary corrosion-related processes in the water-steam circuit of
power plants. The qualitative and quantitative applicability of the m
odel and the possibility of keeping these processes to a minimum are d
emonstrated. Results are presented of modeling and optimization of sta
ndard water-chemical regimes of the first circuit in VVER and PWR reac
tors.
