Abstract
Some regularities of the influence of a chemical structure on the most simply and rapidly measurable XPS parameters of chlorine-containing c hain-like polymers have found. The high sensitivity of these parameter s to the concentration of various elements in the surface layer of sam ples investigated has been revealed, which provides a basis for the de velopment of a new technique of fast chemical analysis.
