EXOPHYTIC PRIMITIVE NEUROECTODERMAL TUMOR OF THE SPINAL-CORD

We present a case of an exophytic spinal primitive neuroectodermal tum or that, radiologically, simulated an extramedullary nerve sheath tumo r, meningioma, or metastatic tumor deposit, MR imaging provided discre te anatomic localization of the tumor, enabling exclusion of multicent ricity in the brain and spinal cord.
