Abstract
Conditions of controllability of linear nonstationary systems of ordin ary differential equations in the class of finite-order distributions are obtained. Under certain conditions of smoothness of the system par ameters, the canonical representatives of orbits with respect to the a ction of the group of linear nonstationary transformations with smooth coefficients are described. Examples of uniformly controllable system s, for which the canonical forms do not exist, are presented.
