Abstract
The low-temperature transport properties of Ni/Co superlattices were s ystematically studied. While the resistivity, anisotropic magnetoresis tance and anomalous Hall coefficient oscillate as functions of Co and/ or Ni layer thicknesses, the ordinary Hall coefficient does not. These oscillations are interpreted as a true superlattice effect, since the y disappear when the number of bilayer periods is decreased. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
