Abstract
A new immunosensor integrated to a now system has been developed. It i s based on magnetic immunoparticles immobilized on a solid-state trans ducer using a magnetic field. The described technique renews the immun oparticles reproducibly for each analysis allowing a good measurement precision. The developed experimental approach permits the implementat ion of an automated immunoassay that is quick (analytical cycle <30 mi n) and sensitive in the micromolar concentration range. The system was applied to the determination of rabbit immunoglobulin G as an analyte model.
