Gj. Friedrich et al., ANGIOGRAPHIC AND CLINICAL-RESULTS AFTER T HE INTRODUCTION OF MINIMAL INVASIVE CORONARY-BYPASS SURGERY, Perfusion, 10(4), 1997, pp. 147-150
Minimal invasive direct coronary artery bypass surgery was introduced
to reduce surgical trauma and to avoid extracorporal circulation with
its complication rate, In our study we are presenting our initial resu
lts in the early clinical and angiographic follow up after MIDCAB surg
ery, We could show that a close follow up of all patients is absolutel
y required to allow an optimal interpretation and treatment of clinica
l and ischaemic events.
