Abstract
Since the degree of polarization of the vector particle in semileptoni c decay strongly influences the decay width of the particles, it can b e used as a measure of Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa quark-mixing matrix e lements. We show that \V-cb\ can be determined from the measurement of polarization of vector meson in (B) over bar,<(B)over bar(c)> --> <Vl (nu)over bar> decay, where V is vector meson.
