Abstract
The first results of measurements of the temperature and spectral depe ndences of the circular magnetic dichroism in NiFe-Dy bilayer films ar e reported. These results show that even at room temperature Dy in suc h systems is ordered ferromagnetically to a large depth (similar to 60 0 Angstrom). (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics.
