Abstract
For the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the authors recommend that prostheses be reserved for cases refractory to all other treatments. L ocal treatments by injection of erectogenic substances consist of para verine and prostaglandin E1. A new oral treatment is also available, n ot with yohimbine or apomorphine, but with sildenafil (viagra).
