STATISTICAL LATTICE MODELS OF PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROCESSES IN CATALYTIC REACTIONS - AUTOOSCILLATIONS, ADSORPTION ON THE ROUGH-SURFACE, AND CRYSTALLIZATION
Vi. Elokhin et al., STATISTICAL LATTICE MODELS OF PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROCESSES IN CATALYTIC REACTIONS - AUTOOSCILLATIONS, ADSORPTION ON THE ROUGH-SURFACE, AND CRYSTALLIZATION, Kinetics and catalysis, 39(2), 1998, pp. 246-267
Imitation models of various catalytic processes are considered: autoos
cillations and autowaves in CO oxidation on platinum metals occurring
with formation of the near-surface form of oxygen; monomolecular and d
issociative adsorption on the catalyst surface with the dynamically ch
anged morphology; and crystallization of a melt of an active component
of vanadium catalysts for sulfur dioxide oxidation. All models are un
ified by the common statistical nature of the physicochemical processe
s under study.
