Abstract
Hypercalcemia associated with malignancy is rare in children. We repor t a case of hypercalcemia associated with ovarian dysgerminoma in a 13 -year-old girl with renal medullary calcinosis and vascular calcificat ions, To our knowledge this is the first report of the imaging finding s in this condition and only the fourth case report of hypercalcemia a ssociated with dysgerminoma.
