Positron-H2O are studied in the energy range 0.1 to 10.0 eV by employi
ng a parameter-free model potential constructed within the one-center
expansion formalism of the static interaction, polarization potential
is taken into account using Burke et al. formula. The total cross sect
ions for the scattering of positrons by H2O at low energy have been wo
rked out. The present results are compared with available experimental
data and with other theoretical predictions.
