Abstract
We investigate the coherent dynamics of carriers in semiconductor supe rlattices driven by ac-dc electric fields. We solve numerically the ti me-dependent effective-mass equation for the envelope function. We fin d that carriers undergo Rabi oscillations when the driving frequency i s close to the separation between minibands. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
