Abstract
Syntheses of three novel conformationally rigid dimers containing cycl opropyl -amide and -sulfonamide functionalities are described. Their i ncorporation into an oligonucleotide sequence resulted in considerable lowering of the T-m's in binding to their complementary RNA sequences .
