RECENT RESULTS OF THE NEUTRINO MASS SQUARED MEASUREMENTS AND THE COHERENT NEUTRINO-COLD-DARK-MATTER INTERACTION

It is argued that external coherent potentials for neutrinos in the el ectronvolts range would give a detectable modification of the electron spectrum in tritium beta decay. We show that such very large potentia ls may be obtained from a novel long-range interaction between neutrin os and galactic baryonic and/or nonbaryonic matter if the new force is mediated by massless vector particles.
