Abstract
This correspondence analyzes the momentum LMS algorithm and other mome ntum algorithms using asymptotic techniques that provide information r egarding the almost sure behavior or the parameter estimates and their asymptotic distribution, The analysis does not make anp assumptions o n the autocorrelation function of the input process.
