Abstract
The HPLC column has been described as the heart of any drug validation protocol. Accordingly, the manufacturers of such columns carry the re sponsibility to deliver columns that can generate narrow, symmetrical peaks with high efficiency, and column-to-column and batch-to-batch co nsistency.
