Abstract
5'-Deoxy-5'-difluoromethylthioadenosine (DFMTA) caused potent time-dep endent inactivation of S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine hydrolase. The mechan ism of this inactivation was investigated. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science L td.
