GLOMUS TUMOR OF THE FAT PAD

The authors report an exceptional glomus tumor location in Hoffa's lig ament in a 65-year-old man. Based on this observation and a literature review, the authors provide the clinical and radiographic diagnostic appearances of this type of tumor. Surgical removal of the tumor achie ved immediate disappearance of knee pain. Histological examination of the tumor has established the definitive diagnosis.
