Ys. Demchuk et al., USING A MONOBLOCK FIBER POLYCHROMATOR TO MONITOR AQUEOUS-SOLUTIONS OFPHENOL FROM THE LUMINESCENCE SPECTRUM, Journal of optical technology, 65(4), 1998, pp. 320-321
The optimum conditions have been selected for using a fiber monoblock
polychromator to study aqueous solutions of phenol when its concentrat
ion is high. Taking into account the molecular constants, it is shown
that the small penetration depth of the exciting radiation into the te
st solution makes frontal geometry necessary for recording the emissio
n spectrum of the test solution. (C) 1998 The Optical Society of Ameri
