NEUROLEPTIC MALIGNANT SYNDROME - MANAGING THE PSYCHOTROPIC REINTRODUCTION

Authors report the clinical case of a severe and recurrent neuroleptic malignant syndrome, and propose a review of the literature, front whi ch issue in particular practical guidelines for treating the syndrome and managing the psychotropic's reintroduction safely.
