Abstract
Extensor tendon rupture as a complication of Kienbock's disease is rar e. We report a case of attritional rupture of the extensor tendon to t he index finger by a comminuted dorsal fragment of the lunate after Ki enbock's disease in an elderly woman. Excision of the fragment and ext ensor reconstruction with tendon graft led to a favourable result.
