Abstract
A 12-year-old girl with a painless swollen finger was a clinical puzzl e as her presentation and X-ras were not typical of osteoid osteoma, C omputed tomography and histology confirmed the diagnosis, This case is reported for its atypical presentation, difficulty in diagnosis and r are occurrence in the middle phalanx.
