Abstract
The possibility of an enzyme-immobilized membrane using invertase-entr apped polyolefin porous films such as porous polypropylene films with plasma-induced graft polymerization is discussed. Even though plasma-i nduced graft polymerization on the membrane surface is a very rough me thod, we performed it without losing the enzyme activity. This simple method will significantly aid in applications for engineering use of e nzyme-immobilized membranes. (C) 1998 Academic Press.
