Abstract
The dynamics of ultrashort laser pulses in ferroelectrics with proton conductivity is considered. The possibility of the application of thes e ferroelectrics for pulse compression is demonstrated. The influence of proton conductivity on the dynamics of ultrashort pulses is estimat ed. The value of order parameter of a ferroelectric is demonstrated to be the key factor in the evolution of laser pulses.
