Abstract
I describe a case of recurrent delirium associated with OSA in a morbi dly obese man. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAC) therapy alle viated the OSA and delirium but was only partially effective in preven ting relapses of delirium. Gastric stapling helped to secure considera ble weight loss with reversal of OSA and no further recurrence of deli rium. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Inc.
