MODELING OF ELECTROMAGNETIC PHENOMENA IN SUPERCONDUCTING MATERIALS

This paper describes a numerical method to determine the losses in a s olid superconductor plunged in transverse magnetic field or in transpo rt current. The model which is based on the Bean critical state, shows that the hysteretic phenomena are taken in account.
