Abstract
A short survey of primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary structu res of insulin is presented. Also supersecondary and crystal structure s are briefly described. A special attention is paid to a variety of n atural and artificial insulin analogues. Finally, computer-aided molec ular modelling is mentioned as a modern method of protein study.
