Abstract
A single arm spiral printed on a grounded dielectric substrate is desi gned using a genetic algorithm with Pareto ranking of a 2D search plan e, with dual objectives of a unity axial ratio and a boresight main lo be. The antennal is shown to be efficient with good circular polarisat ion over a useful bandwidth.
