Abstract
A monoclonal antibody to abscisic acid (ABA) was obtained and employed in a time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay for ABA content in potato leaf e xtracts. The useful range of the logarithmic calibration graph was 0.0 5-50 pmol well(-1). Comparison with ELISA gave the linear regression y = 0.99x + 1.93; the coefficient of correlation was r = 0.96.
